Upon your first visit, a physical therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation addressing your concerns and customizing a plan of care to meet your individual needs. Follow up sessions can be completed in the comforts of your home or in the clinic.

This is a one-on-one video chat, in which we coach you through exercise progressions, mobilization techniques or education related to your needs. It can also supplement in between in person visits or a way to check in to modify your home exercise program.
